ABOUT US
The company began in 1977 as R.T. Hilton General Contractor, founded by
Bob Hilton, here in Manatee County and has been in continuous operation for the
30 years since then. In the early 1990’s, Bob brought William (Bill) Konecy
into the company to help meet the growing demand the company had for it’s
remodeling services.
Today and for the last 30 years, our company focus is residential remodeling
and renovation and with almost 70 years combined experience in remodeling,
Bob and Bill have knowledge and know-how to deal with the unique circumstance
of your renovation.
We are proud of our long association with some of the top local material
suppliers and trade contractors in the industry. Our working relationships
with our subcontractors extend back many years, as they have consistently
provided top quality work for fair prices.
We are waterfront specialists - over 75% of our gross volume is waterfront
properties. We know the “ins and outs” of dealing with FEMA regulations
(50% rule) in all the local municipalities.
Many of our clients are out of area during the construction process, and with
phone, fax, and email pictures, you are never out of touch with what is going
on.
