Keep It Simple:
We will explain any part of the process to you, not just the
what, but the why, so you will understand it, whether this is
your first time, or your twentieth, remodeling your home.
It’s In Writing:
Our construction agreements spell out the full scope of work
on the job, the full cost of the improvements, and are easy to
read and understand.
Straight Answers:
Ask a question, get a straight answer.
Hands On:
Company principals, Bob or Bill, personally supervise every phase
of the project and are at the job every day work is scheduled.
Both still personally perform many critical parts of the project.
Communicate:
When a question arises, you call Bob or Bill direct. We are
generally available 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Friday
and usually can be reached without delay.
Keep It Clean:
We realize work at your home is a major disruption of your life -
the least we can do is keep the construction area as clean as
possible.
Respect:
We respect you and your property - every effort is made to isolate
your family and your belongings from the construction area. No one
will enter your home, we would not want in ours, and no one will
work on the property unless they are fully insured including Workman’s
Compensation insurance.
Our “Partner”
You the client - whether replacing a door or a million dollar renovation
your input is vital to the successful, timely completion of the job.
Our Livelihood:
Depends on satisfied customers. The greatest compliments we can
receive are client referrals or repeat business. Over 80% of our
business comes from these sources. We’re proud of our work and will
provide you with access to current or completed projects when
possible and gladly provide references.
